Race Walking 101
A 1-hour introduction to race walking - Details
& Handout.
Offered once each month, May-September on the second Monday of the month.
6pm-7pm at Como Lake - meet at the Black Bear statue.
Cost: $5
Judging 101
You will be a USATF/MN Association level race walk judge after successfully
completing this course. Learn how to apply the two rules governing the technique
of race walking. Learn the mechanics of race walk judging. Complete the
paperwork involved in becoming a USATF certified official and race walk judge.
Offered: 8am, April 12, at the TCRW Spring Fling.
Cost: No charge for the course, but USATF will charge you rules, for becoming
a member, and for becoming a certified official.
